Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with ischaemic stroke; 2: Age = 18 years old 3: Onset to admission time =24 hours 4: Informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not completed a head imaging examination within 24 hours of onset or are unable to provide peripheral blood samples.
