Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years or older; Screened as a patient with MCI according to the MoCA scale; Exercise ability to walk independently for more than 5 minutes; Have a sedentary lifestyle in daily living (excluding those with a regular exercise routine, which is defined as planned, systematic physical activity of moderate intensity for at least 3 days/week, 30 minutes/day, for at least 3 months) Self-reported some hearing ability and visual ability; Informed consent was obtained from the patient and family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbid other psychiatric disorders (including major depressive disorder, mental retardation, bipolar disorder); Comorbidity with other neurological dysfunction; Neurological or orthopaedic comorbidities that preclude (safe) resistance training (e.g., more severe joint pain, osteoporosis); Contraindications to aerobic exercise; Medication with beta-blockers and/or antipsychotics; Current participation in another intervention.
