Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age range 40-85 years old, APDs patients, including progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), multiple system atrophy (SMA), and cortical basal ganglia degeneration (CBD),Lower limb motor dysfunction, including but not limited to increased muscle tone, balance disorders, abnormal posture and gait, etc,With or without a family history,During the study, maintain a stable dosage of medication such as cholinergic, dopaminergic, serotonergic, or NMDA receptor antagonists
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Epilepsy history or first-degree family history,Individuals with pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other metal foreign objects, as well as any electronic devices implanted in the body, or those with contraindications to MRI scans such as claustrophobia or TMS therapy,Individuals who have received other neuromodulation treatments such as TMS, transcranial electrical stimulation, and transcranial focused ultrasound within the first 3 months of enrollment,Unable to complete follow-up due to geographical or other reasons,Participants in other clinical research trials
