Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency admission meets the relevant diagnostic criteria in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and is confirmed by CT or MRI imaging 2. Age = 18 years old 3. Admitted within 24 hours of onset 4. Receive rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis therapy or endovascular therapy or intravenous thrombolysis therapy bridging endovascular therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients who have not undergone head CT examination in the emergency department of our hospital 2. Patients with AIS confirmed by CT or MRI examination but accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage 3. Patients who have received intravenous thrombolysis treatment in other hospitals 4. Incomplete data acquisition.
