Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 20-70 years old; 2. patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed pathologically and needing free flap defect repair and reconstruction; 3. ASA grade 1-2; 4. The patient agreeed and signed the informed consent for the clinical study, and could follow the doctor's instructions and follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. less than 20 years old or more than 70 years old; 2. combined with other malignant tumors; 3. acute infectious period, preoperative deep vein thrombosis or hypercoagulable state, fasting blood glucose>11.1mmol/L, blood pressure>160/100mmHg, hepatic and renal insufficiency, mental illness and other contraindications to surgery; 4. contraindications to the use of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory) drugs (peptic ulcer,History of allergy to NSAIDs, history of aspirin asthma); 5. Emergency surgery; 6. Refusal to sign informed consent; 7. Non-compliance with medical advice, patients missing visits.
