Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) Patients scheduled for elective surgery, specifically laparoscopic surgery involving the uterus, ovaries, or fallopian tubes. (2) Anesthesia administered as either total intravenous anesthesia or combined intravenous-inhalation anesthesia. (3) Age = 18 years. (4) Fasting time = 6 hours, and abstaining from drinking for = 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) Patients who required conversion to open surgery during the procedure. (2) Pregnant female patients. (3) Patients undergoing emergency surgery. (4) Patients who experienced severe allergic reactions during anesthesia induction or surgery. (5) Patients who received antiemetic or analgesic treatment in the ward before surgery. (6) Patients with cognitive function, language communication, or intellectual disabilities. (7) Subjects who withdrew from the study midway.
