18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0 (infection + SOFA score >= 2), (2) Obtain informed consent from patients or their family members, (3) Aged 18 to 85 years (inclusive), regardless of sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Decompensated liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh grade B or C); (2) Hematological disorders; (3) Thrombolytic or anticoagulant drugs (such as thrombolysis or hemodialysis) before entering the group; (4) Active tumors; (5) Patients in pregnancy or lactation.
