Experimental Group:Embryo culture medium was collected for ni-PGTA testing, and embryos were selected for transfer based on the test results.
Control Group:Embryos were selected for transfer based on morphological grading.

35 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age ranges from 35 to 42 (including the boundary values); 2. Infertile women undergoing their first ICSI treatment; 3.The number of high-quality blastocysts on days 5 or 6 (>= 4BC) is at least 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who have uterine abnormalities, such as uterine malformation(unicorn uterus, bilateral uterus); untreated mediastinal uterus, adenomyoma of uterus, submucous myoma, endometrial polyps and intrauterine adhesions (include patients with a history of intrauterine adhesions); 2. Untreated severe hydrosalpinx; 3. Undergoing egg or sperm donation treatment; 4. Women with contraindications to assisted reproductive technologies and pregnancy, or the presence of diseases with a clear impact on pregnancy.
