Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants met the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's Disease established by the Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2016. Participants had a stable medication regimen and exhibited significant functional impairments in balance and walking but were still able to live independently. They had no severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases or other conditions that would contraindicate exercise training. Participants were able to understand and comply with the training and assessment procedures and had not engaged in similar exercise training in the past three months. Additionally, participants were able to walk independently for at least 10 minutes. This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Chengdu Sport University, and all patients and their families provided informed consent and signed the consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with the following conditions were excluded: severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders; major surgery or hospitalization within the past six months; severe cardiovascular diseases (such as heart failure, angina, or uncontrolled hypertension); severe musculoskeletal disorders or other conditions that impair motor ability; or any other circumstances that would make participation in this study unsuitable.
