Experimental group :The VR-based Balance Training group will receive VR-based balance training for 30 minutes five times a week for four weeks.
Control group: The conventional balance training group will not receive VR intervention, but only receive conventional balance training, 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time for 4 weeks, and receiv

45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with stroke, confirmed by CT and MRI; (2) First episode of stroke and in the early subacute stage; (3) Aged 45 to 75 years; (4) Patients with stable vital signs, clear consciousness and ability to follow instructions; MMSE >= 17 scores, no unilateral neglect; (5) Be able to walk at least 10 meters without assistance; (6) Berg Balance Scale (BBS) >= 20 points; (7) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cerebellar injury, brain tumor, history of craniocerebral trauma, or other neurological diseases affecting balance function; (2) Acute complications (malignant infarction, cerebral hernia, subarachnoid hemorrhage and hydrocephalus); (3) Have severe heart, lung, liver, kidney disease and other serious diseases that can not tolerate exercise; (4) Have mental disorders, hearing disorders, and comprehension disorders; (5) Spinal instability or unstable fracture; (6) Lower extremity deep venous thromboembolism.
