Anterior cruciate ligament injury

Interventions

Experiment Group:12 weeks of VR balance training +19 weeks of regular rehabilitation training. The single training duration of VR balance training is 30min, and the total training duration is 12 weeks
The length of a single training session of conventional rehabilitation training is also 30min, 3-5 times a week, lasting 19 weeks.
Control Group:19 weeks of routine rehabilitation training, a single training length of 30 minutes, 3-5 times a week, lasting 19 weeks.

Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 45 years old; 2) Simple anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction; 3) The interval between anterior cruciate ligament injury and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is no more than 1 year; 4) Plan to undergo early postoperative rehabilitation training; 5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Varus malalignment of the knee joint; 2) Osteoarthritis K-L stage 3-4; 3) Surgery or injury to the contralateral leg; 4) No history of neurological and/or vestibular system diseases; 5) Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.
