Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective Clinical Cohort Inclusion Criteria: (1) Consultation Period: January 2022 to December 2023. (2) Diagnostic Criteria: Diagnosis of OSCC based on clinical presentation and pathological examination. (3) Ethnicity: Han Chinese. (4) Age: 18 to 85 years, no gender restriction. Prospective Clinical Cohort Inclusion Criteria: (1) Consultation Period: January 2025 to December 2025. (2) Diagnostic Criteria: Diagnosis of OSCC based on clinical presentation and pathological examination. (3) Ethnicity: Han Chinese. (4) Age: 18 to 85 years, no gender restriction. (5) Informed Consent: Must provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Oral Mucosal Diseases, Periodontal Diseases, Systemic Diseases, Family History of Genetic Disorders, or Malignant Tumors. (2) Patients who have used immunomodulators, antibiotics, or other medications in the past 3 months. (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding patients. (4) Patients with tumor recurrence. (5) Patients who have received antitumor treatment prior to biopsy or surgery.
