Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years old or over and less than 80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology; 3. Patients with clear consciousness and certain ability to understand and express; 4. Patients who are willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent; 5. Use of antiplatelet drugs: aspirin enteric-coated tablet 300mg+ ticagrelor tablet 180mg/ Clopidogrel bisulfate tablet 300mg one day before surgery; On the day of surgery, aspirin enteric-coated tablet 100mg+ ticagrelor tablet 90mg/ Clopidogrel bisulfate tablet 75mg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper limb disability or deformity; 2. Patients with local skin or tissue edema or infection; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function or severe complications who have had two or more ipsilateral radial artery puncture; 4. The puncture point is not 1-2cm below the palm stripe.
