Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years old who were admitted for thoracoscopic lobectomy due to lung disease; 2. ASA grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to local anesthetics; 2. Chronic pain caused by chest or back surgery; 3. Coagulation dysfunction; 4. History of ipsilateral thoracotomy; 5. Daily use of opioid analgesics, mental disorders, allergy to analgesics (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids)
