Group VL:The patient was intubated using a visual laryngoscope alone
Group FVL:Endotracheal intubation was performed by fiberoptic bronchoscope combined with visual laryngoscope
Group VHLVL:The patient was intubated by visual hard laryngoscope combined with visual laryngoscope

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade ? to ?, male or female, =18 years old, OSAHS patients with SARI score = 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mouth opening <2cm; 2. Abnormal upper respiratory tract anatomy; 3. Cervical spine brake; 4. Patients with respiratory diseases; 5. Patients with cardiovascular disease; 6. Patients with other serious systemic diseases; 7.Patients with BMI = 40.
