Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary invasive lung adenocarcinoma who underwent complete resection in the Department of Thoracic Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University from November 2017 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. (1) Age =18 years (2) Stage IA invasive lung adenocarcinoma was confirmed by postoperative pathology (3) Postoperative pathology reported STAS status (4) Thin-slice CT imaging data were found within 1 month before surgery (5) Chest CT image tumor diameter =3cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple lung cancer nodules (2) Previous ipsilateral lung surgery history (3) Previous history of lung tumor disease (4) Previous/current history of other systemic malignancies (5) Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy (6) Preoperative pathological biopsy was performed (7) Pathological sections are not suitable for STAS detection (8) Poor image quality or images cannot be used for modeling (9) Incomplete clinical information (10) mucinous carcinoma or mucinous adenocarcinoma
