Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed as a patient with septic shock; ? Age = 18 years old; ? The retention time of the arterial catheter is expected to be greater than 48 hours; ? Continuous monitoring of cardiac output is required for patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe contraindications to the use of heparin sodium, such as those who are allergic to heparin sodium; ? During continuous monitoring, systemic use of anticoagulants; ? Individuals in a hypercoagulable state (D-D greater than 3 ug/ml) or with a tendency for bleeding (APTT value greater than twice the normal value).
