Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria 1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer by pathological examination and undergoing an stomy; 2. Patients =18 years old, clear mind, normal thinking, able to communicate with language; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study. Caregiver inclusion criteria 1. Family members who bear the main care responsibility, that is, those who have the longest 24-hour care time and undertake the most heavy care tasks; 2. Age =18 years old, able to cooperate with the investigation; 3. Agreed to participate in this study with explanation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors of other sites or metastasis of other organ sites; 2. The condition is unstable or rapidly deteriorating; 3. Patients with other vital organ dysfunction or cognitive impairment who cannot accurately understand the questionnaire; 4. The caregiver is a professional escort.
