Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of case group (1) Tongji hospital patients with intracranial malignant tumors (mainly glioma and brain metastases); (2) 18 years or older; (3) Can cooperate with MRI examination; (4) No intracranial surgery first three months before the study; (5) Creatinine clearance> 60 ml/min. (6) No history of allergies, (7) No metal implants, such as steel nail plate, insulin pump, stents, false teeth, etc.; (8) Informed consent was obtained for this study and written informed consent was voluntarily signed. 2. Inclusion criteria of control group (1) Healthy people (not nervous system basic disease and other vital organs and systems); (2) Patients with primary malignant tumor at other sites without intracranial metastasis in Tongji Hospital; (3) 18 years or older; (4) Can cooperate with MRI examination; (5) No intracranial surgery first three months before the study; (6) Creatinine clearance> 60 ml/min. (7) No history of allergies, (8) No metal implants, such as steel nail plate, insulin pump, stents, false teeth, etc.; (9) Informed consent was obtained for this study and written informed consent was voluntarily signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Claustrophobic patients; (2) People allergic to magnetic resonance contrast media; (3) Unable to receive MRI examination for various reasons.
