18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age 18 ~ 80 years old ; ( 2 ) patients with mechanical ventilation ; ( 3 ) With evidence of enteral nutrition support and can tolerate whole protein feeding ; ( 4 ) 10 < Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation, APACHE II ) < 20 ;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) There are contraindications of enteral nutrition ; ( 2 ) Patients with clear iatrogenic or infectious diarrhea ( such as Clostridium difficile or fungal infection, dysentery, etc. ) ; ( 3 ) Gastrointestinal related surgery ; ( 4 ) Pregnant or lactating women ; ( 5 ) Fecal incontinence ; ( 6 ) Is participating in other clinical trials ; ( 7 ) Patients with severe low immunity ; ( 8 ) Other researchers think it is not suitable to participate in this study ;
