Snapper group:Thirty minutes before the induction of anaesthesia, the unilateral ear Shenmen, subcortical and sympathetic points were selected, and snap needles were buried vertically in the above poi
TEAS group:The Hegu, Neiguan and Lung acupoints were selected, and electrical stimulation of the acupoints was performed 30 min before anaesthesia induction for 30 min each time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) proposed elective laparoscopic surgery; (ii) age = 65 years; (iii) ASA (American Society of Anaesthesiologists) class I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from mental illness unable to cooperate; ? History of allergy to anaesthetic drugs; ? Abnormal coagulation function; ? History of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ? Swelling, infection or rupture of the TEAS site; ? Refusal to sign the consent form.
