19 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients sign informed consent forms 2.Select a patient undergoing extraction low impacted wisdom tooth under local anesthesia 3.Age range from 15 to 30 years old 4.ASA classification I to II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. claustrophobia, mental illness, or similar conditions 2. History of severe hypertension or heart disease 3. Have obvious hearing or vision related impairments 4. Previous experience of discomfort when using VR (network disease) or experiencing dizziness 5. Take antidepressants, sedatives, or analgesics recently 6. History of previous surgeries 7. Pregnancy or lactation period 8. Failed to complete intraoperative data collection 9. Combined acute and chronic pain 10. Patient withdrawal or other factors that may affect the experimental results
