Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was seen in the sports medicine clinic and diagnosed with a shoulder and knee sports injury; 2. WiFi signal is available at the patient's home and the patient can use the 5G device independently; 3. FIM (functional independence measure score) > 90; 4. The living environment is supervised or accompanied and the accompanying person is over 18 years and agrees to participate in the study to help the subject successfully complete the intervention phases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently undergoing other rehabilitation; 2. Cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Score: MOCA< 21); 3. Other degenerative neurological diagnosis, current major depression or psychiatric disorder, or other acute or chronic health condition that would affect their ability to participate in research;.
