Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Research group: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th edition (ICD-10), and is treated with antipsychotic drugs for at least 6 months. 2. Age is 18 = and = 60 years old; 3. Able to cooperate with pre enrollment physical examinations, understand and cooperate with scale assessments, venous blood sampling, metabolic index measurements, etc; 4. Voluntarily participate in the project and sign an informed consent form. Healthy control group: 1. Age is 18 = and = 60 years old; 2. Able to cooperate with pre enrollment physical examinations, understand and cooperate with scale assessments, venous blood sampling, metabolic index measurements, etc; 3. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with unclear consciousness, intellectual disabilities, or significant aphasia; 2. Individuals with organic brain diseases or severe physical illnesses, and those who have undergone major surgeries within 3 months; 3. Acute phase of schizophrenia, severe excitement and restlessness, unable to cooperate with researchers; 4. Individuals with thyroid related diseases; 5. Simultaneously suffering from other serious mental illnesses, including but not limited to depressive episodes with persistent psychiatric symptoms, bipolar disorder, acute stress disorder, and post schizophrenia depression; 6. Patients undergoing drug treatment or research that may affect metabolic parameters and changes in thyroid hormone levels;
