Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) NICE clinical criteria for primary osteoarthritis in one or both knees, age >45 years; Patients with pain in both knees chose one knee to participate in the study; 2) According to Kellgren and Lawrence's classification, imaging evidence of knee arthritis (grade =2) was confirmed; 3) Chronic knee pain lasting at least 3 months; 4) Refractory knee pain that has failed conservative therapy such as physical therapy and analgesics; 5) Study participants knew about this study, voluntarily accepted this treatment, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with serious heart, brain, liver, lung and renal dysfunction; 2) Skin infection or severe trauma around the knee joint; 3) Abnormal coagulation function; 4) Severe neurological or mental disorders; 5) Rheumatoid, osteomyelitis, tumor of knee joint, gout, suppuration and intra-articular fracture in acute stage or vascular nerve injury
