18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be =18 years of age; (2) Assumption of the patient's primary care tasks, participation in medical decision-making; (3) Caregiving time =40 h per week. (4) No communication or cognitive impairment; (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A person who receives payment for care; (2) Cognitive impairment and mental illness, etc; (3) Those who have poor language skills, poor eyesight and hearing, and cannot understand and cooperate with the survey.
