Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) willingness to undergo elective cesarean section under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; (2)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II; (3) age >18 years; (4) a singleton pregnancy (gestational week=37 weeks); (5) Voluntarily participated in the trial and signed clinical informed consent for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)When entering the room, the tympanic membrane temperature is below 36.0 ? or above 37.5 ?; (2) Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia puncture, such as bleeding and coagulation disorders, central nervous system diseases, spinal diseases, skin infection at the puncture point, circulatory instability; (3) Intraoperative blood loss = 400mL, surgery time = 90min; (4) Drugs that affected thermoregulation were administered within two weeks before surgery. Pregnancy is complicated by metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, or hypothyroidism.
