Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Spinal metastasis of solid malignant tumor confirmed by preoperative examination or postoperative pathology; (2) spinal metastases cause spinal instability; (3) intractable pain that is ineffective in non-surgical treatment of spinal metastases; (4) spinal metastases leading to progressive neurological dysfunction; (5) spinal metastases cause compression of the spinal cord; (6) Life expectancy is more than 3~6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) benign tumors of the spine; (2) asymptomatic spinal metastases; (3) Other uncontrolled serious medical diseases; (4) Combined mental and cognitive disorders; (5) Cachexia and other functional failure of important organs cannot tolerate radiotherapy; (6) Severe cardiopulmonary disease or other inability to tolerate surgery; (7) Unwillingness or inability to participate in treatment and postoperative follow-up.
