Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients older than 18 years of age, of which recurrent patients, the first inpatient medical record data shall prevail; during hospitalization Clear diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, such as: dyspnea, marked decrease in exercise tolerance and/or pulmonary rales, and Signs and symptoms such as dyspnea, markedly decreased exercise tolerance and/or pulmonary rales, edema, etc.; cardiac ultrasound suggestive of LVEF = 50%; BNP = 35 pg/mL or NT-pro-BNP = 125 pg/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in non-sinus rhythm (permanent or persistent atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation); patients with myocardial amyloidosis; patients with automatic discharge; surgical patients with term-limited surgery; patients with end-stage renal disease [eGFR < 15 ml/(min*1.73m2) and no renal replacement therapy]; patients with other serious diseases affecting prognosis (e.g., end-stage malignancy, life expectancy <1 year, etc.); discharged within 1 day of admission No relevant examination was performed.
