Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The imaging examination showed a single segment vertebral compression fracture, with no mass in the spinal canal, no damage to the posterior ligament complex, and no lower limb nerve dysfunction on physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding patients with a history of mental illness, long-term use of analgesics, significant abnormalities in bleeding/coagulation function, allergies to local anesthetics, multiple segment fractures, and tumors.
