18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. (1) two or more unprovoked or reflex seizures greater than 24 hours apart, or (2) a single unprovoked or reflex seizure in a person who has a 60% risk of having another seizure over the next 10 years, or (3) an epilepsy syndrome; SC patients met the definition of China Clinical Guide to Epilepsy 2023; 2. Aged 18 years or over.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete information.
