Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age: 18-80 years ? Gender: No restrictions ? Disuse atrophy muscle groups: Patients diagnosed with "chronic massive rotator cuff tear" scheduled for reverse shoulder arthroplasty or partial repair. ? Non-disuse atrophy muscle groups: Patients diagnosed with "frozen shoulder" who have failed conservative treatment and are scheduled for arthroscopic soft tissue release, or those diagnosed with "recurrent shoulder dislocation" scheduled for arthroscopic surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of local drug injections in the shoulder joint within the past 12 weeks. ? History of shoulder joint trauma or surgery affecting the normal tissue properties of the rotator cuff muscles; diseases such as gout, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, musculoskeletal fibrotic diseases, neuromuscular diseases, etc., that can cause abnormal tissue properties of the rotator cuff muscles. ? Any other condition that, in the investigator’s opinion, makes the patient unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
