Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological diagnosis was lung cancer 2. Expected survival > 6 months 3. Age =40 years old 4.CFS score =18 5. Those who agree to participate in the study, have no communication barriers, and can understand the operation method

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Epworth sleepiness score >10 2. Patients with bed duration < 6 hours 3. Have a mental illness or take antidepressants 4. Serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and immune function 5. Cognitive dysfunction
