Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic essentials of major cerebrovascular diseases in China 2019 published by Neurology Branch of Chinese Medical Association, the diagnostic criteria of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction were met. 2. Aged between 30 and 70. 3.The course of disease ranged from 2 weeks to 3 months after stroke, condition is stable and able to tolerate acupuncture and rehabilitation. 4. The patient with shoulder pain due to stroke. 5. There was no history of shoulder pain before stroke. 6. Patients who volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Brain trauma, brain tumor and post-cranio-cerebral operation were not the causes of cerebrovascular diseases. 2. The patients with severe rotator cuff injury. 3. Severe aphasia, severe hearing comprehension and cognitive impairment can not cooperate with the treatment of patients. 4.Patients with a previous history of stroke and/or residual limb dysfunction. 5.The patients with poor compliance did not follow the Doctor's advice. 6.Those who had undergone systematic rehabilitation therapy before. 7.Those who has taken pain medication in the past.
