Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study was reviewed by the China Clinical Trials Registry and approved by the ethics committee of the Longyan First Hospital School, and all patients gave informed consent.80 elective patients with unilateral total hip arthroplasty at Longyan First Hospital between July, 2024, and July, 2025, who were non-women, aged 60-85 years, weighed 50-80 kg, had ASA class I-III, and underwent anesthesia with subarachnoid-epidural joint block were selected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE) score <24 2. history of severe neurological or psychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, cerebrovascular accidents, etc. 3. drug or substance abuse with long-term steroids or hormones 4. preoperative combined stage III-IV hepatic encephalopathy 5. recent history of major surgery 6. severe visual and hearing impairment 7. preoperative coagulopathy, contraindicated by subarachnoid-epidural joint blockade 8. patients or family unable to cooperate; 9. Patients with difficulty in puncture and repeated punctures; 10. There is infection, damage, etc. at the puncture site.
