65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Frail elderly patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal cancer surgery; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Age 65-80 years; 4. BMI18-30kg/m^2; 5. Voluntary participation in research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sleep disorder requiring medical intervention in the past 1 month; 2. patients with a history of mental illness or receiving psychotropic medication; 3. Glaucoma; Poorly controlled hypertension; Significant ischemic heart disease; 4. Allergy to esketamine; 5. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), severe renal dysfunction (requiring renal replacement therapy); 6. It is expected to need to be admitted to ICU with endotracheal tube after operation; 7. 2 operations were planned within 7 days after operation;
