45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45-70 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Diagnostic criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019"; 3. The duration of disease for 7 days =6 months was stable, and the lesion was located in one cerebral hemisphere (cortex and subcortex); 4. Able to complete indoor short distance walking under supervision without touching the patient's body (distance greater than 10m); 5. Lower extremity improved Ashworth muscle tension =2; 6. Stable vital signs, able to cooperate well with training, willing to sign the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with impairment of consciousness, comprehension, executive dysfunction, mental disorders, mixed aphasia and other impact assessment and treatment; 2. Serious dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and other important organs; 3. Existing musculoskeletal diseases affecting lower limb mobility disorders; 4. Large area ulceration, damage and infection of lower extremity skin; 5. Improved Ashworth muscle tone of affected lower extremity = grade 3; 6. Any condition which, in the opinion of the investigator, is likely to harm the subject or cause the subject to be unable to meet or perform the study requirements. 7. Refusing to sign informed consent
