Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 18-90 years old; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for delirium; 3. The Chinese version of Delirium Assessment Method (CAM-ICU) was positive and RASS score =1; 4. Acute physiology score, age score and chronic health evaluation score (APACHE2) =12; 5. Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score > 8; 6. those who can sign the informed consent form, if they are not able to sign the informed consent form, authorize the client to sign the informed consent form; 7. ICU stay time =24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with spinal fracture, head and neck fracture, or back, head and neck and limb braking; 2. patients with a history of psychosis, or previous use of antipsychotic drugs and alcohol dependence; 3. with craniocerebral trauma history or craniocerebral infectious diseases; 4. patients with severe allergic constitution, low or defective immune system, or allergic to the drugs used in the protocol, or who were participating in other drug investigators; 5. using sedative drugs due to invasive mechanical ventilation or other reasons; 6. patients with organ dysfunction caused by serious diseases such as liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, metabolism and endocrine system 7. Patients with severe limb dysfunction, visual impairment, hearing loss, etc., unable to express subjective intention; 8. Pregnant or lactating women; 9. Expected inability to survive for more than 24 hours; 10. Those who have skin damage or skin diseases at points such as Xinyu, Ganshu, Dazhui, Baihui, and Sishencong are not suitable for using fumigation therapy;
