Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) signed informed consent; 2) patients aged =20 years old; 3) meet the 2003 European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) recommended Rotterdam diagnostic criteria for PCOS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) congenital adrenal hyperplasia; 2) Cushing's syndrome; 3) thyroid dysfunction; 4) ovarian or adrenal tumors causing ovulation dysfunction or abnormal androgen secretion; 5) have taken hormones or drugs that affect hormone secretion in the past three months; 6) They are lactating; 7) malignant tumors.
