Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset of stroke, confirmed by clinical and imaging examinations (including hemorrhagic and ischemic); 2. Age 18-75y, 1-6 months after onset, stable; 3. The hemiplegic upper limb was assessed by the scale to be in Brunnstrom II-III; 4. Have ipsilateral resting or active MEP; 5. Willing to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstaital signs; 2. participation in other clinical trials 3. Having aphasia, cognitive and mental disorders,unable to complete instructions as instructed by the author; 4. Having metallic implants or incomplete skull or cranioplasty; 5. Existence of peripheral nerve or muscle injuries and diseases in the upper limbs; 6. Skin soft tissue infection or allergy at the site of electromyographic electrode adhesion; 7. Individuals with upper limb fractures, dislocations, joint stiffness, ectopic ossification, pain, etc. that affect upper limb joint movement; 8. mamaligmalignant tumor; 9. Pregnancy.
