Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.pDOC with traumatic, vascular or hypoxic etiology and first onset of illness that meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2020 Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Disorders of Consciousness; 2. age =18 years old; 3. duration of disorders of consciousness =28 days; 4. Vital signs are stable 5. Written informed consent signed by the patient's guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critical condition and unstable vital signs; 2. Active cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Presence of metal objects in the brain; 4. Severe cardiac arrhythmia or implantation of pacemakers; 5. People with mental illness, history of epilepsy; 6. Skin damage in the target area of treatment; 7. People with pacemakers in their bodies.
