Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: a. Current smoker. b. Daily smoking volume =10 cigarettes, and smoking age =5 years(we require participants to be daily smokers to exclude smokers who are more likely to quit). b. Age 18-45 years old. c. Exhalation carbon monoxide index =6 ppm. e. Sign informed consent voluntarily. f. Have a mobile electronic device (can run the smoking cessation Serious Game Applet).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a. Severe liver and lung dysfunction. b. Received other smoking cessation interventions within 1 year. c. Pregnant or lactating women. d. Suffering from serious diseases of the heart, lung, brain or blood system. e. Other diseases or conditions (mental illness, visual impairment, mobility impairment, etc.).
