Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? midwives who have obtained a Maternal and Child Health Care Practice Qualification Certificate; ? midwifery staff with a minimum of one year's work experience; ? those who have been directly involved in or witnessed childbirth trauma and can provide detailed accounts of such experiences; ? individuals who are aware of the study, consent to participate, and volunteer to take part.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included midwives on internships, those on sick leave, and those on maternity leave.
