Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia 2. ASAI~ III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients with gastric tube inserted; 3. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 4. History of neck surgery; 5. Cervical spondylosis and cervical spine can not fully backward; 6. Maxillofacial deformity and trauma, toothless, bearded patients
