Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for healthy control group: 1 There is no scoliosis; 2. Age 10-18 years old; 3. Can understand the questionnaire content and fill in the four questionnaires SRS-22, SDQ-S, SAS and PHQ-9 independently. Inclusion criteria for the AIS group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of AIS; 2. Age 10-18 years old; 3. The Cobb Angle is less than 40 degrees; 4. Can understand the questionnaire content and fill in the four questionnaires SRS-22, SDQ-S, SAS and PHQ-9 independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy control group: 1. Combined with neuromuscular system diseases or other major/chronic diseases; 2. A family history of spinal malformation; 3. Parents have mental illness; 4. History of spinal surgery. Exclusion criteria for the AIS group: 1. Combined with neuromuscular system diseases or other major/chronic diseases; 2. A family history of spinal malformation; 3. Parents have mental illness; 4. History of spinal surgery.
