45 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with first-onset ischemic stroke who meet the "2014 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke" issued in 2015 and confirmed by head CT or MRI imaging scans; 2. The course of the disease was =1 month, the disease was stable, and the lesion was located in one cerebral hemisphere (cortex and subcortex); 3. Age 45-70 years old; 4. Brunnstrom? stage and above of the affected lower extremity; 5. Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, can cooperate well with training; 6. Willing to sign the informed consent for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by consciousness disorders or cognitive dysfunction, mental disorders and mixed aphasia and other impact assessment and treatment; 2. Accompanied by cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Serious dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and other important organs; 4. Existing musculoskeletal diseases affecting lower limb mobility disorders; 5. Built-in cardiac pacemaker or other metal medical devices implanted in the brain; 6. Improved Ashworth muscle tone of affected lower extremity = grade 3; 7. Any condition that the investigator believes is detrimental to the subject or prevents the subject from meeting or performing the study requirements. 8. Refusing to sign informed consent
