18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged over 18; (2) preoperative oral, skin, body cavity or ocular lesions conforming to pemphigus vulgaris or mucosal pemphigus; (3) normal blood pressure, pulse, respiration and body temperature; (4) basically normal results of preoperative examination items; (5) women of childbearing age who have no recent birth plan or are pregnancy test negative (-); (6) those who voluntarily participate, have good compliance, can return for follow-up visits and reports on time, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of severe systemic disease that can not control by medicine; (2) those who cannot undergo surgery; (3) those with accompanying nervous system disorders; (4) those with other severe oral mucosal diseases; (5) women who intend to become pregnant or are breastfeeding; (6) those with mental disorders who have difficulty cooperating; (7) patients who refuse to follow doctors' advice or complete follow-up examinations
