18 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age above 18; 2.Pancreatic cancer was diagnosed in the hepatobiliary surgery clinic and pancreatic surgery is expected; 3.Able to listen, speak, and read Chinese fluently; 4.Able to operate a smartphone and applications after guidance fluently; 5.The informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade III or above; 2. Unable to participate in prehabilitation due to mental disorder, consciousness disorder, intelligence disorder; 3. Unable to tolerate family rehabilitation training or physical function assessments due to comorbidities; 4. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency or intolerance to whey protein powder;
