Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD patients were diagnosed by a specialist, strictly following the clinical diagnostic criteria for PD published by the International Society for Movement Disorders MDS in 2015; 2 aged 55-75 years; 3 h-y stage 1-3; no contraindication to exercise; sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any serious disease or other chronic diseases, such as serious heart, liver and kidney diseases, severe cognitive impairment, severe visual and hearing impairment, severe anxiety and depression, high-risk patients with falls and so on; Secondary Parkinson syndrome or Parkinson's syndrome, gastrointestinal disorders such as chronic gastrointestinal disorders, a history of biliary tract infection and enteritis, irregular drug use, and gastrointestinal disorders Within 3 months regular use of antibiotics, micro-ecological preparations
