Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 18 years of age and older; The diagnostic criteria for hemodynamics were: mean pulmonary artery pressure >20mm Hg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa), pulmonary artery wedge pressure =15 mmHg, pulmonary vascular resistance >2 Wood units. Patients with Group 3 pulmonary hypertension should also meet: a one-second rate [FEV1/ forced vital capacity (FVC)] <70% as determined by pulmonary function examination; Chest CT confirmed diffuse parenchymatous lung disease. Chest CT confirmed bilateral bronchiectasis, including idiopathic bilateral involvement with bronchiectasis, sleep apnea syndrome, and pulmonary hypertension due to pulmonary dysplasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension related to Pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease or Chronic thrombo-embolic pulmonary hypertension; as well as those with hematologic disorders, systemic diseases, metabolic disturbances, pulmonary tumor thrombotic microangiopathy, and fibrotic mediastinitis. Patients with concurrent tumors; hyperlipidemia, hepatitis B, diabetes or a family history of tumors or metabolic disorders are also not included. Acute respiratory infections and other significant organ infections should be considered separately.
